Standard Products
All standard (non-custom) products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging preferred but not required
- Return shipping is on us for defective items
Custom Orders
Because custom designs are made specifically for you, they can't be returned unless there's a defect or production error.
- Defective custom items are replaced free of charge
- If the design doesn't match your specs, I'll reprint it
Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or material? I'm happy to exchange it. Just reach out and we'll work it out.
- Exchanges are processed as quickly as new orders

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, send me a photo and I'll ship a replacement immediately -- no need to return the damaged item.
